Agroforestry Practices Supported

The Agroforestry Coalition is a national cross-sector network of organizations and individuals working to advance agroforestry by addressing systemic barriers to agroforestry adoption. The Coalition functions as a "collaboration accelerator" supporting collective action and communities of practice within 8 topic areas: Policy, Communications, Nurseries + Germplasm Development, Demonstration Sites, Market Development, Finance, Technical Assistance and Training, and Ecosystem Services. Most Coalition participants represent organizations directly involved in agroforestry within their regions, but also include leaders in indigenous agroforestry, policy advocacy, law, food business development, marketing communications, community organizing and research.
