Smokey House Center a land-based research and education center that trials climate adaptive stewardship and management strategies across its 5,000 acre property in Danby, VT. This includes collaborating with regional partners and our local partner farms to co-design and experiment with diverse agroforestry systems including forest farming, silvopasture, and alley cropping. Educational initiatives include field-based workshops and immersive training programs for youth.
