SilvoCulture is a nonprofit founded in 2019 in Frederick, Maryland, with a mission to cultivate a local food supply chain centered on perennial nut and fruit trees. We aim to plant one million nut trees in the Mid-Atlantic by 2030 as a response to climate change, economic instability, and the need for regional food security. Through agroforestry projects, food forests, and hands-on education, SilvoCulture empowers communities to grow a more resilient and regenerative future.
