Kansas Rural Center supports sustainable food and farming systems through research, education and advocacy. We see agroforestry as a key component in this effort in the regions of Kansas that are suited for forest land. We work to provide advocacy support for conservation programs and to expand the awareness of farmers and consumers for sustainable practices like agroforestry.
