Avellana Agroforestry Cooperative (AAC) is a grower-owned co-op based in New Jersey which aims to bridge the gap between grower and the marketplace. AAC will help grower-members by aggregating, processing, value-adding, marketing, and distributing local & regionally grown hazelnuts. Our vision is to develop a cooperative value-chain which retains a greater portion of the profits with our growers and within our agricultural communities.
