Introduction

Hillside Pastures is a 78-acre working farm where partners at Seven Seeds Organic Farm graze White Park cattle among oak, hickory, and black locust trees in a mature silvopasture. Established by the Marquardt Family and purchased by the Savanna Institute in 2022. Just below the crest at Hillside Pastures, south of the Wisconsin River, the Elderflower Retreat is a community space and agritourism enterprise operated by the Savanna Institute. The space is available for private stay or partner retreat rentals at ElderflowerRetreat.com.
